Join our dynamic and passionate education team! We're on the lookout enthusiastic, professional, and motivated educators who are ready to make a difference. Whether you’ll be collaborating with a lead, assistant, or co-teacher, you'll help create and prepare an exciting curriculum that aligns with the VT Early Learning Standards, all while supervising, educating, and having fun with children aged 6 weeks to 10 years! Education requirements vary position, so check out what fits you best:

 

Trainee: A GED/HS Diploma is a must, along with a commitment to complete a college course in Early Childhood Education within year.

Assistant: At least one college course in Early Childhood Education or completion of the Fundamentals course is required. - Lead Educator: You’ll need a minimum of 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a willingness to reach 21 credits. Candidates with a teaching license and/or a degree in early childhood, as well as relevant experience, will be given priority. Work with us Monday to Friday in 8-hour shifts between 7 am and 5 pm. Plus, we’re offering a hiring for educators with Bachelor’s Degrees! Come make a positive impact with us!

Schedule:

  • 8.5 hour shift with a 30 minute break

  • Day shift

  • Monday to Friday

SLP Minimum Requirements:

  • CPR Certification (must obtain with 3 months of employment)

  • Pass a background check and clear fingerprints

  • Posses personable and care skills

  • High School Diploma (completed)

  • Early Childhood College Transcript (Preferred)

Compensation: $17-24 an hour dependent on education.
